Company SEFOPEA Ltd was established with the objective of investing in real estate, property development, and construction. Currently, we are finalizing preparations for new construction and investment projects in the Dominican Republic.
We have completed the acquisition of land in the tourist-attractive zone of Punta Rucia, located in the western part of Puerto Plata province.
Our team of qualified advisors is ready to assist you with the purchase of apartments, which we develop with the financial backing of the SEFOPEA brand.
The guarantor of our activities is Ján Magušin, an experienced project manager. Mr. Magušin has spent the last two decades working as a construction manager and site supervisor, bringing professional background and a guarantee of quality in execution to our projects.
Since January 21, 2022, we have been complying with the international standard ISO 17442.
On April 1, 2023, Sefopea met the conditions of the Czech National Bank and was assigned the international ISIN code: CZ0000001730, which allows the company to issue an emission of publicly tradable securities.
The corporate group has a share capital of 5 million GBP and also secures additional financing through the financial market.

Currently, we are preparing the construction of apartments and a hotel complex in the tourist-attractive locality of Punta Rucia.
This is an ecological area sought after by tens of thousands of tourists annually for its unique scenery, lagoons, clean beaches, crystal-clear water, and opportunities for diving and fishing. The main attractions of the area are the mangrove groves and lagoons, the island of Cayo Arena—also known as Paradise Island—and one of the few places where the Caribbean manatee occurs.
